panic attack volume #3
this weekend i’ve been on a rom-trip. it’s what we call the yearly road trip me and my swedish bästis’ go on each summer. as usual it can be summarized in three words: random, scary, fun.
this years scary part was when my heart did grime beat which made me so fucking crazy and threw myself into the worst panic attack i’ve ever had before. i was shaking, freezing, couldn’t breathe, my arms went numb and i was sure i was going to die. so i took the ambulance to mora hospital and stayed the night. fuck i have never been so scared before.
anyway, apart from that the trip was amazing.
