This is my friend Johan’s favourite bread recipe. According to him it’s addictive!

You need:
rye flour
wheat flour
fresh yeast

Add 6 dl boiling water to 3 dl rye flour. Forget about it for 1-24 hours (doesn’t really matter). Then try to remember what you did yesterday. If you forget it for over a week, proceed anyway. Then put 50 g yeast, 1 Tsp sugar and 1 Tsp salt in 5 dl water in a bowl or helmet. Pour over good ol’ rye dough. Add wheat flour to the dough until the dough lets go of the bowl (>1 kg flour). Knead some (if you want). Let it rise for 1-12 hrs (doesn’t really matter). Divide dough in two lofes and put them on a greasy baking tin! Make some cuts in the loafs and sprinkle them with some sea salt. Add your favourite spices or seeds on top! Or don’t.

Then bake in oven for until almost burnt (more than half an hour).

When it’s done, DO NOT COVER, eat it with a lot of butter instead!

Sincerely Jackass, Chocken, Duke, von rob and kill Reybekiel.
