Training a lot now…

Hi, I just wanted to give you an update of how my life looks like right now. During the whole summer I had this weird cold that never wanted to leave me, so all summer I was so frustrated that I couldn’t do any exercise. When the cold finally left me I was so happy to be able to run again so I ran and ran and ran and then my knee told me to stop. Some people call it runners knee. This led to an appointment with a physiotherapist who told me to start working out with some muscle groups in a gym. Now I do and it’s great.
This is my training week.
Monday: Rest Tuesday: Gym Wednesday: Orienteering Thursday: Running (mostly intervals) Friday: Gym Saturday or sunday: Orienteering
I do other stuf than training, too! Right now I’m:
• studying GIS at the University
• drawing an orienteering map
• making logos for corporate companies
• doing websites
• blogging skidpepp.se
• taking photos
• being broke
