Summer time
21 maj 2007Hi, I am finally (hopefully) better from my 3 weeks long cold now, so today I decided to change into summer time. This has nothing to do with time it self, it has to do with my breakfast habits. Until now I’ve been eating warm oatmeal porridge with either mashed banana or lingonberries with soy milk almost everyday day during the winter period and today I switched to cold food, which consists of fruit salad with soy yoghurt and seeds. This is what I ate today:
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 pear
2 big Tsp soy yoghurt
sesame seeds
sunflower seeds
If I would have had raisins at home, I’d have that too.
Yummmm
You’re eating dessert for breakfast!!? Where are the fibres?
